Located in the beautiful northern California wine country, we are grateful to call Santa Rosa our home since 1986.  There is no better place to work and thrive than in an environment you love and we truly love it here. As the song says, “go where the weather suits your bones” and for us, Sonoma County is the place.

The Groves Team includes our son Glenn, and my husband Drew, a retired Real Estate Agent and General Contractor. After proudly serving our country in the United States Marine Corps for five years, Glenn and his wife Jamie returned in 2010 to Santa Rosa to begin his career in the mortgage industry as my assistant.

We couldn’t be more proud of his service and are especially delighted to help the veteran community throughout California with VA home loan financing.  Semper Fi!

We provide residential financing for investors and move up buyers, but have  focused on the information hungry first time homebuyer, the most important sector of our challenging real estate market.

Thru our high tech, but high touch personalized service,  we provide the critical information they need to navigate the complex world of real estate and mortgage transactions.  We specialize in FHA financing as well as the outstanding Mortgage Credit Certificate program.

Our goal is to earn the trust and respect of our referral partners and clients and to develop clients for life.   We are constantly keeping abreast of industry guideline changes to help make each transaction as smooth as possible with no surprises.

For fun, Drew and I love to buzz around the wine country in our vintage 1965 VW convertible and take in the vast beauty of the area on the many back roads.  I am also an avid gardener and entertain clients, friends and family frequently in the gardens at our home, Creekside Groves.

Our daughter Kelley and her husband Matt have made Drew and I very proud Grandparents with the arrival in August 2011 of Rowan. He’s a doll, of course.

I have a passion for educating and helping people with their mortgage needs, so even though it seems like  all I do is work, it’s not work if you love it. I occasionally find time to sleep as well, but only because I have to.

We have two beautiful Golden Retrievers and Glenn has two beautiful Labrador Retrievers, so we refer to ourselves as ‘Your Mortgage Retrievers’ for fun.  Let’s face it… who doesn’t love a Lab or a Golden??
